If a customer's account is used unlawfully or is in violation of ISQsolutions terms
and conditions and policies, ISQsolutions reserves the right to terminate
the customer's account without notice and without full or partial refunds. Files
that violate the terms and conditions and/or user policies are subject to deletion
without notice.
ISQsolutions reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions and
policies at any time. Customers violating the terms and conditions and policies
will be held responsible for damages to ISQsolutions, including but not
limited to, ISQsolutions systems, servers, connectivity, reputation, business,
service, network, operations, or equipment.
ISQsolutions is committed to principles of internet security and respect for your privacy. Our privacy policy explains why and when personal information is collected and why this information is needed by ISQsolutions or a third party. Privacy Policy
ISQsolutions strictly prohibits Unsolicited Bulk Email, also known as "SPAM". This includes using our network to distribute unsolicited bulk email from your website on our servers or using any outside network to send bulk unsolicited email attracting advertising to your website on ISQsolutions servers. We will terminate any account we find that is associated with the generation, distribution or any other involvement with the practice of unsolicited bulk email and no full or partial refunds will be issued for unused service.
Accounts cannot be used to distribute "cracked" versions of copyrighted software, serial numbers for copyrighted software or copyrighted multimedia files (i.e. music files or MP3's). Websites that contain links to pirated software or illegal contraband are also prohibited.
Our security policy is designed to keep information stored on our servers secure from intruders and other unauthorized individuals. We take great care to keep your data secure and pay particular attention to the security of sensitive information such as customer account information and other confidential information. Attempts to manipulate ISQsolutions servers or customer websites are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to ISQsolutions servers or any means of deliberately overloading ISQsolutions systems and network.
System Abuse includes, but is not limited to, excessive use of CPU resources, installing IRC bots, scripts sharing with domains outside of ISQsolutions network, excessive use of data transfer leading to the decrease of the system's and network performance or other scripts that use a disproportionate amount of system resources. ISQsolutions will determine what constitutes system abuse.
Our payment policy is fair to both ourselves and our customers. We strive
to provide high quality service, and work hard to ensure that you receive value
for your web hosting dollar. Our payment policy is designed to minimize our
time and effort collecting bad debts and chasing down delinquent accounts.
This allows us to put our effort where it counts, providing services to our
paying customers. We accept payment by credit card only and so it is important
to keep your credit card information current.
Changes to your credit card information and credit card expiry date can be
made in the 'hosting' section of your control panel anytime 24/7. ISQsolutions will
automatically charge your credit card upon the recurring billing cycle and
an invoice will be generated and stored in the 'Account' section of your control
panel for you to access and print at anytime. If a customer's credit card payment
is declined upon the recurring billing cycle the customer will have 7 days
to update the credit card information and provide payment, if payment is not
received the account will be considered 'Delinquent' and will be put on hold.
A Delinquent Customer's Account that is unpaid for thirty (30) days after the
commencement of a Billing Cycle, at ISQsolutions sole discretion, have
any or all files archived. Delinquent Customer's Accounts that are unpaid for
anytime up to thirty (30) days or more after the commencement of a Billing
Cycle may, at ISQsolutions sole discretion, have any or all files purged.
The Customer's Account will continue to accrue charges while the Customer's
Account is on hold.
ISQsolutions does not, and cannot, screen, review, evaluate or investigate
the legal right of registrants to register or use a Domain Name. If you believe
a Domain Name registrant is using a Domain Name in a manner that infringes
upon, dilutes or otherwise harms any of your rights, you should contact the
registrant directly. ISQsolutions provides registrant contact information
for Domain Names registered by us through our Partners by the Whois database
on the ISQsolutions site.
ISQsolutions has adopted the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
("UDRP") established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers
("ICANN") and has also adopted the dispute policies required by individual Registries
as set forth in the ISQsolutions Terms and Conditions. ISQsolutions encourages
third parties to resolve disputes with registrants through the process described
in the UDRP. Please refer to Sections 6 and 7 of the UDRP regarding our involvement
in a dispute between a registrant and a third party.
ISQsolutions utilizes the World Intellectual Property Organization ("WIPO"),
among others, as an ICANN approved dispute resolution service provider for disputes
related to Domain Names. For further information regarding dispute resolution
